The main key to a relationship is the wench getting her tits out whenever required.

Women are cunts, I've had a very successful long term relationship with my right hand.

You could've had a right touch here.

She realises the error of her ways, stays and you patch things up... and you and the boy get to go West Ham every other week!

Whatever happens mate, that's a proper cunts trick of a situation, and I really do hope it works out for the best.

Sounds like your missus has some serious mental health issues.

You're right to leave the door open for her, and also right to not indulge her by getting all emotional. However, I'd do whatever you can to keep the kids in their current school. Moving school at this time will seriously fuck up their education, and they'll be messed up enough by the split anyway. Do whatever you can (without causing increased stress to the kids) to keep them there.

And another thing that works I found is no matter how right I am when an argument starts when its finishes I am wrong .

I think she's just inventing stuff to suit her needs now..

Thats what they do - in their fantasy world. The scary thing about women is when theyre lying they actually believe theyre telling the truth.

Thanks to all who have who mailed me...

Your words of support have made a big difference...

Another classic from the wife just now.

"You only got the dog last year to keep me a prisoner in the house to stop me getting a job,"

Er, ok love, but it was you that chose the dog remember...

I think she's just inventing stuff to suit her needs now..

She's also now doing a fair bit of blubbing, maybe reality is finally hitting home...and I will continue to offer her a way out of what she's planning, but she will get no tears out of me on this..

Right, off to bed for some wonderful Zopiclone induced snoozing.

Cheers

Re: What's the key to long term relationships?
Valley no real plans as of yet just for now it's a case of walking everywhere eating the right foods and keeping active. Say middle of next year I will hope to have lost weight, toned up and be fit enough to get up in the Yorkshire moors, after that say this time next year maybe Ben nevis then onto kilimanjaro.
I know it's a big ask but still one thing that I have learnt through splitting up( reference to OP) is that you need to keep your mind active otherwise doubt sets in and depression can rear it's ugly head. Having a goal to aim for is what's keeping me going right now aswell as seeing my kids everyday and doing something that they will be proud of me for.

Re: What's the key to long term relationships?
great news, confirmed i have the eldest and he over the moon about a half ST for me and him.

however, what a shower of shit the ticket line is...

you select the option to buy tickets and it just cuts you off after 5 mins...and you can only buy 1 half ST online.

useless..will sort tomorrow.

Let me know how your preparations are going.

I was hoping to do it myself either 2015 or 2016 but I have some fitness issues that will probably stop me doing it.

Good luck.

I'd tell her she can move where she wants, but there is no way she's taking the kids with her. you'd have a really good case in keeping them with you. The mum doesnt always win these cases...

Valley, true mate, pressing ahead with it, put deposit down for the trek in 2016. Giving myself 18 months to get slimmed down

Re: What's the key to long term relationships?
oh and that investment thing didn't pan out, so I've got to sell the house, and will have a budget of around £425K to find a nice 3 bed semi somewhere...looking at 5 mile radius of Chessington, so I'll be joining the SURREY firm. and as the mortgage will be much smaller, all in all i'll be about a grand a month better off..

and as she moving to her mums rent free, we've agreed its best to wait and get top dollar.

she's got 20 grand of my cash anyway in a premium binds account, so she has that to keep her going..
